These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CofyCash website and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data.

Eligibility & Accounts

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and comply with applicable laws.
• One individual may maintain only one account; multi-accounting is prohibited.
• You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may require verification and may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected abuse or violations.

Acceptable Use

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• No fraud, spam, automation/bots, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with platform integrity.
• No misrepresentation of identity or location; do not circumvent geofencing, rate limits, or security controls.
• Respect intellectual property and third-party rights; do not submit prohibited or harmful content.

Tasks, Rewards & Balances

• Task availability, eligibility, and reward values may vary and are not guaranteed.
• We may review, adjust, or reverse rewards in cases of error, policy breach, or suspected abuse.
• Balances are platform credits for redemption as permitted; they are not bank accounts and do not earn interest.

Payouts & Payment Partners

• Payout methods, minimums, limits, currencies, and fees may change and can differ by region.
• Processing may require identity or method verification and compliance checks.
• Payouts may be delayed, withheld, or reversed for fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, or legal reasons.
• Third-party payout providers are independent; their terms and policies apply to their services.

Anti-Abuse & Enforcement

We use automated and manual measures (e.g., rate limiting, device/IP reputation, behavioral signals) to protect the platform. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access; remove credits; or take other actions to address suspected abuse or violations. If you believe an action was taken in error, contact us via the Contact Us page.

User Content & License to Us

Where you submit content to the Services (e.g., feedback, support messages), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it solely to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that your content complies with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including logos, designs, text, software, and other materials, are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Services may link to or integrate third-party sites, apps, or offers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

Privacy & Data Protection

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It explains what we collect, why, how we share, retention periods, security, and your choices and rights. If you request deletion, completion can take weeks or months due to backups/logs; limited information may be retained to comply with law and prevent platform abuse (see Privacy Policy).

GDPR / UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA

We strive to comply with applicable data protection laws. For users in the EEA/UK, processing purposes and legal bases are described in the Privacy Policy; you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict/object, portability, and to withdraw consent where applicable. For California residents, the Privacy Policy includes required notices (categories collected, purposes, disclosures) and describes your rights (know/access, delete, correct, limit certain uses, and non-discrimination). THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES, THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CofyCash and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time with or without notice where permitted, including for suspected abuse, security reasons, or legal compliance. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity).

Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms. If we change the Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally first. If we cannot resolve a dispute, the matter will be brought before a competent court unless a different process is required by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
